Maintains and organizes Human Resource’s files such as 201 records, internal and external Business Correspondence, memorandums, government and other confidential administrative documents.
Monitors daily attendance of employees. Updates employees’ daily attendance including attendance record and employees’ tracker board.
Computations of other benefits such as meal allowances, transportation allowances and the like. Tracks employees training programs thru recording and reviewing.
Tracks employees training programs thru recording and reviewing.
Drafts Job Description, workflow, agreements and other important documents in relation to Company’s procedures and policies.
Prepares semi-monthly and monthly reports such as Manpower Status, Overtime Rate and the like.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resource Management and any other related course. Must possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
