Human Resources and Admin Assistant

Scope and concept definition:

    • Supports Human Resource Management in different employment activities: job posting, internal and external advertising.
    • Maintains and organizes Human Resource’s files such as 201 records, internal and external Business Correspondence, memorandums, government and other confidential administrative documents.
    • Monitors daily attendance of employees. Updates employees’ daily attendance including attendance record and employees’ tracker board.
    • Computations of other benefits such as meal allowances, transportation allowances and the like. Tracks employees training programs thru recording and reviewing.
    • Tracks employees training programs thru recording and reviewing.
    • Drafts Job Description, workflow, agreements and other important documents in relation to Company’s procedures and policies.
    • Prepares semi-monthly and monthly reports such as Manpower Status, Overtime Rate and the like.
    • Business Partnering.

Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resource Management and any other related course. Must possess excellent communication and analytical skills.

    • Flexible and able to work in a busy atmosphere.
    • Can work with minimum supervision

    • Ability to respond to questions in a professional manner.
    • No relevant experience needed.
    • Filipino Citizen or holds a relevant residence status.
