Jr. Account Manager

Scope and concept definition:

    • Prepares documents for government and private organization’s bidding.
    • Represents the Company on pre-bidding conference for government bid.
    • Monitors bidding schedule and submits documents to a government and/or private offices.
    • Prepares for software and hardware proposals to be submitted to prospective clients.
    • Coordinates and deals with partners regarding Hardware and Software products.
    • Maintains both digital and hard copy files of business development correspondence with prospective clients and competitor/teaming, partner/sub consultant information such as contracts, proposals and company’s Legal Documents.
    • Responsible in interfacing and building professional relationship with clients.
    • Performs telemarketing tasks.
    • Prepares for schedule of meeting in line with all sales activities.

Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management or any related course.
    • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications
    • Trustworthy, patient, organized and attentive to details
    • Result and people oriented, dynamic and persevering.
    • Hardworking, assertive, multi-tasker, willing to travel and can work with minimum supervision
    • Proficient in oral & written communication
